Biointelligence studies the biological information processing principles underlying human brain and cognition using mathematical modeling, computer simulations, and neurocognitive experiments. These principles are then used to develop novel computational architectures and algorithms for building reallife, synthetic intelligence systems that perceive, act, and learn like humans in a dynamic environment.
