Computer Theory and Applications Lab

Algorithms are the foundation of computer science and particularly important in optimizing a computer program. Our laboratory basically studies on algorithms. Specifically, we are working on the algorithms of cryptography, bioinformatics and search engine. Recently, in order to keep pace with modern computer architecture, optimized algorithms for multi-core and cache are also studied.
