Research at the Intelligent Data Systems (IDS) Lab focuses on the data-based intelligent computing systems. In the IDS Lab, a wide range of fields of research are conducted including natural language processing, computer vision, and context-aware recommendation. And systems to utilize them are developed and applied.

The following projects are in progress:

  1) NLU enhancement for large-scale pre-trained language models by prompt-based methodologies

  2) Deep learning technology to recommend items that will most likely be consumed based on the representation of patterns of a user’s       consumption

  3) Generative Adversarial Network (GAN)-based deep generative models to enable effective image generation and manipulation via keywords       or images
