직함: Senior Scientist and Group Leader
Abstract: Networks play an important role in advancing science. Scientific workflows often utilize geographically distributed resources and move large quantities of data among those resources. Research and education networks have increased their capacities by several orders of magnitude in the past few decades to meet the requirements of the distributed data intensive science. In this talk, I will provide an overview of our work in supporting the evolving communication requirements of distributed science in the classical network environments. I will also discuss our recent efforts in quantum networks.
