[Gaming Company] Global Customer Support Contractor Position
Mobile gaming company based in Seoul is looking for full-time contractors to join our team!This is a contract position with potential for growth into a permanent full-time position.We’re looking for someone who is a team player, does not need to be micro-managed (casual work environment), a quick learner, and works hard to improve both self and the company

Job title: Customer Support Assistant
Job description:
• Answer customer inquiries about the game (e-mail and real-time chat, no phone inquiries)
• Assist with English translation for in-game content, events, advertisement, and overall global services
• Create reports for tracking of inquiries and users
• Assist with the planning and caring for VIP Customers
• Help to develop strategic plans for improving customer satisfaction and growth of user-base
Qualification/Preferred Requirements:
• Near native-level English (reading, writing, speaking) – daily work will be in almost all English
• Korean proficiency preferred (communicating regularly with fellow employees and team)
• Gaming and/or casino experience a plus
• Community Manager and SNS experience a plus
• Overseas/Global experience in customer service preferred
• Someone who is service minded and a team player
Salary/Wages: 10,000원(hour) / Lunch provided / Insurance coverage (50%)
Work Hours:10:00 – 19:00, Monday-Friday (option to come in from 09:00 – 18:00)
Contract Length: Minimum 3 months (6 months and longer preferred)
Visa sponsorship: None (must be able to legally work in Korea)
