Computer Architecture and Embedded Systems Lab. aims at developing system analysis techniques, design methodologies and optimization techniques for effectively satisfying various design requirements required in the development process of the embedded systems.

In particular, according to the slowed rate of technical progress of the recent device/technology, we focus on the integrated analysis of the various software design levels configuring a system and the vertically integrated software-centric optimizations based on this analysis.

The main target of our current research is classified into the NAND flash-based storage devices and the smart devices, especially smartphones.
